About Me

I’m a former teacher turned homeschooling mom of 20 years, with a natural shift into supporting the behind-the-scenes work of running a business.I stepped in to manage the administrative side of a newly formed small business, handling the day-to-day tasks that keep everything moving. Over time, that expanded from basic admin into creative support, along with travel coordination and research.What clients tend to notice quickly is my communication and attention to detail. I think ahead, bring a creative eye to the work, and take ownership so things don’t fall through the cracks.I care about helping business owners stay focused on what they’re building. My role is to support that by taking care of the work that pulls their time and attention away.

Outside of Work:

  • Married to my husband, Nick, for 22 years

  • Mom to three—two teenage boys and a tween daughter

  • Most evenings are spent at games or school events

  • We enjoy getting out for good food or a night of dancing

  • Slow mornings with coffee on the front porch are a favorite

  • I stay active and value time with my family

  • We travel when we can, including a recent mission trip to Honduras

How it Works

Booking time with me is easy.


  • We start with a discovery call to talk through your business, your needs, and how I can best support you.

  • After our call, I’ll recommend a flat-fee package based on the number of hours you think you’ll need. Once payment is received, you’ll get a confirmation email with everything needed to get started right away.

  • Your prepaid hours can be used anytime within the next 60 days.

  • You’ll get regular updates about your remaining time and its expiration.

  • We can work together a little or work together a lot, depending on what your business needs.

  • No monthly contracts or long-term commitments.

My role is to help keep things moving smoothly by handling the details that often pull your attention away from where you really want it to be.I work independently, communicate clearly, and care deeply about being reliable and producing high-quality work you feel good about.This page outlines how I work, how to get in touch, and what you can expect when working with me. My goal is to make the process feel easy from the very beginning.

Scheduling Time with Me

Calls and working sessions are typically scheduled on Mondays and Wednesdays through my scheduling link, which can always be found in the footer of my website and in my email signature.Calls are scheduled in 30-minute blocks. If you think we may need more time, you’re welcome to book back-to-back sessions.If you need a meeting time outside of my regularly scheduled availability, feel free to send me a message and we can coordinate a time directly.

Communication

The best way to reach me is by email at [email protected]. This helps me keep requests organized, track details clearly, and make sure nothing gets missed.I regularly monitor email and messages throughout the workweek and typically respond within 24–48 business hours.Clients are also welcome to call or text my business number when needed at (314) 312-0414.
